Chairperson S. Delagrange called the meeting to order at 5:02PM.

A quorum was established with the following members present: Dr. Susan Delagrange, Mrs. Emily Farrao, and Mr. James Bonnell. No members were absent.

Bonnell moved to adopt the minutes from 21 February 2023. Seconded by E. Farrao. No discussion. Motion carried unanimously. 

Bonnell moved to recommend an ordinance to make Permanent Appropriations for Current Expenses and Other Expenditures of the Village of Jeromesville, State of Ohio, During the Fiscal Year Ending December 31, 2023 to Council. Seconded by E. Farrao. No discussion. Motion carried unanimously. 

Bonnell moved to recommend a resolution strongly urging the Ohio Government and members of the Ohio General Assembly to restore the Local Government Fund to pre-recession levels. Seconded by E. Farrao. No discussion. Motion carried unanimously. 

Bonnell moved to adjourn the meeting. Seconded by E. Farrao. No discussion. Motion carried unanimously.
