Chairperson Bonnell called the meeting to order at 5:34PM.

A quorum was established with the following members present: Mr. James Bonnell, Mrs. Emily Farrao, and Dr. Susan Delagrange. No members were absent. 

S. Delagrange moved to adopt the minutes from the 16 July 2024 meeting, seconded by E. Farrao. There was no discussion. Motion carried unanimously. The minutes were adopted. 

E. Farrao moved to convene a special session of the Ways & Means Committee on September 3rd at 5PM to authorize Purchase Orders for the month of September and to cancel the regularly scheduled meeting of the committee on September 17, seconded by S. Delagrange. There was no discussion. Motion carried unanimously. The clerk was directed to schedule the special session and post notice of the same. 

The financial reports were reviewed. 

E. Farrao moved to adjourn, seconded by S. Delagrange.

Chairman Bonnell adjourned the meeting at 5:55PM.
