Chairperson J.Bonnell called the meeting to order at 5:30PM. A quorum was established with the following members present: Mr. James Bonnell, Mrs. Emily Farrao, and Dr. Susan Delagrange. No members were absent.
J. Bonnell made a motion to adjourn. Seconded by E. Farrao. Meeting adjourned at 5:40PM.
