A quorum was established with the following members present: Dr. Susan Delagrange, Mrs. Emily Farrao, and Mr. James Bonnell. No members were absent.
Bonnell moved to adopt the minutes from 20 June 2023. Seconded by E. Farrao. No discussion. Motion carried unanimously.
Delagrange moved to adjourn. Seconded by E. Farrao. No discussion. Motion carried unanimously.
Chairperson Delagrange adjourned the meeting at 5:34PM.
