A quorum was established with the following members present: Dr. Susan Delagrange, Mrs. Emily Farrao, and Mr. James Bonnell. No members were absent.

Farrao moved to adopt the minutes from 21 March. Seconded by J. Bonnell. No discussion. Motion carried unanimously.

Bonnell moved to adjourn the meeting. Seconded by E. Farrao. No discussion. Motion carried unanimously.

Chairperson Delagrange adjourned the meeting at 5:33PM.
