A quorum was established with the following members present: Dr. Susan Delagrange, Mrs. Emily Farrao, and Mr. James Bonnell. No members were absent.

Bonnell moved to adopt the minutes from 19 September 2023. Seconded by E. Farrao. No discussion. Motion carried unanimously.

Bonnell moved to adjourn the meeting. Seconded by E. Farrao. No discussion. Motion carried unanimously.
