A quorum was established with the following members present: Mr. James Bonnell, Mrs. Emily Farrao, and Dr. Susan Delagrange. No members were absent.

Financial reports were reviewed.

E. Farrao moved to adjourn. Seconded by S. Delagrange. Meeting adjourned at 5:44PM.
