Chairperson J. Bonnell called the meeting to order at 5:27PM. A quorum was established with the following members present: Mrs. Emily Farrao, Mr. James Bonnell, and Dr. Susan Delagrange. No members were absent.
J. Bonnell moved to change the time of the next meeting to 5PM to review financial statements. Seconded by E. Farrao. Motion carried unanimously.
J. Bonnell made a motion to adjourn. E. Farrao seconded.
Meeting adjourned at 5:55PM.
