Chairperson E. Farrao called the meeting to order at 5:32PM.
A quorum was established with the following members present: Mrs. Emily Farrao, Mr. James Bonnell, and Dr. Susan Delagrange. No members were absent.
S. Delagrange moved to nominate J. Bonnell as Chairperson. Seconded by E. Farrao. J. Bonnell accepted the nomination.
E. Farrao moved to adopt the minutes from 21 November 2023. Seconded by S. Delagrange. No discussion. Motion carried unanimously.
E. Farrao moved that all 2023 financial reports be presented at the March committee meeting. Seconded by S. Delagrange. No discussion. Motion carried unanimously.
Chairperson Bonnell adjourned the meeting at 5:51PM.
