SPECIAL SESSION

Mayor Spade called the meeting to order at 6:00PM. A quorum was established with the following members present: Mr. James Bonnell, Mr. Kevin Sockwell, Mr. Nicholas Kelley, Mr. Cody Gibbons, and Ms. Bonnie Taylor. Mrs. Emily Farrao was absent.

J. Bonnell moved to excuse Mrs. Emily Farrao. Seconded by K. Sockwell. No discussion. Motion carried unanimously.

J. Bonnell moved to suspend the rule requiring resolutions to be read on three separate occasions. Seconded by K. Sockwell. No discussion. Motion carried unanimously.

J. Bonnell moved to adopt Resolution 2021-016. Seconded by K. Sockwell. No discussion. Motion carried unanimously.

J. Bonnell moved to adjourn the meeting. Seconded by K. Sockwell. No discussion. Motion carried unanimously. 

Mayor Spade adjourned the meeting at 6:02PM.
