SPECIAL SESSION

Council President Pro Tempore R. Summers called the meeting to order at 6:00pm. A quorum was established with the following members present: Mrs. Emily Farrao, Mr. James Bonnell, Mr. Kevin Sockwell, and Mr. Nicholas Kelley. Mr. Mike Ritter was absent.

N. Kelley moved to suspend the rule requiring the ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. Seconded by K. Sockwell. No discussion. Motion carried unanimously.

K. Sockwell moved to adopt Ordinance 2021-03 as amended. Seconded by N. Kelley. No discussion. Motion carried unanimously.

K. Sockwell moved to suspend the rule requiring the resolution to be read on three separate occasions. Seconded by J. Bonnell. No discussion. Motion carried unanimously.

N. Kelley moved to adopt Resolution 2021-004. Seconded by E. Farrao. No discussion. Motion carried unanimously.

K. Sockwell moved to adjourn the meeting. Seconded by N. Kelley. No discussion. Motion carried unanimously.

Council President Pro Tempore R. Summers adjourned the meeting at 6:04PM.
