Mayor Spade called the meeting to order at 6:04PM.

A quorum was established with the following members present: Mrs. Emily Farrao, Mr. James Bonnell, Mr. Kevin Sockwell, and Mrs. Beth Wilson. Ms. Bonnie Taylor and Dr. Susan Delagrange were absent.

Garrett Stoops presented three quotes for resurfacing the infield of the Lewis Memorial Park ballfield and for new equipment to maintain the field. Council discussed finding grants to help with these projects over the next couple of weeks as well as the next year to help resurface and remodel the current ballfield. 

Farrao moved to adjourn the meeting. Seconded by J. Bonnell. No discussion. Motion carried unanimously. 

Mayor Spade adjourned the meeting at 6:38PM.
