Chairperson B. Wilson called the meeting to order at 7:31PM.
A quorum was established with the following members present: Ms. B. Taylor, and Mrs. B. Wilson, and Mr. J. Cordes . No members were absent.
B. Taylor moved to nominate B. Wilson as Chairperson. Seconded by J. Cordes. B. Wilson accepted the nomination.
B. Taylor moved to adopt the minutes from 21 November 2023. Seconded by B. Wilson. Motion carried unanimously.
B. Taylor moved to adjourn the meeting. Seconded by J. Cordes. Meeting adjourned at 7:44PM.
