Chairperson B. Wilson called the meeting to order at 7:01PM.

A quorum was established with the following members present: Mrs. Beth Wilson and Ms. Bonnie Taylor. Mr. Kevin Sockwell was absent.

Taylor moved to excuse K. Sockwell. Seconded by B. Wilson. No discussion. Motion carried unanimously.

Taylor moved to adopt the minutes from 21 February 2023. Seconded by B. Wilson. No discussion. Motion carried unanimously.

Chairperson B. Wilson directed Director Reynolds to implement the edits submitted by B. Wilson and B. Taylor to the Jeromesville Water/Wastewater Service Policy & Procedures for review at the next meeting.

Wilson postponed the remaining agenda items.  

Wilson moved to adjourn the meeting. Seconded by B. Taylor. No discussion. Motion carried unanimously.
