Chairperson B. Wilson called the meeting to order at 6:53PM.

A quorum was established with the following members present: Kevin Sockwell, Bonnie Taylor, and Beth Wilson. No members were absent.

Sockwell moved to adopt the minutes from 18 July 2023. Seconded by B. Taylor. No discussion. Motion carried unanimously. 

Sockwell moved to adopt the minutes from 15 August 2023. Seconded by B. Taylor. No discussion. Motion carried unanimously. 

The Committee reached a consensus to not introduce further changes to the Water and Wastewater Policy. 

Sockwell moved to adjourn the meeting. Seconded by B. Taylor. No discussion. Motion carried unanimously.
