Chairman Sockwell called the meeting to order at 7:00PM.
A quorum was established with the following members present: Kevin Sockwell and Bonnie Taylor. Beth Wilson was absent.
Sockwell and B. Taylor chose to refrain from passing minutes or conducting Emergency Management planning until Chairperson Wilson was available at the next meeting.
Sockwell moved to adjourn the meeting. Seconded by B. Taylor. No discussion. Motion carried unanimously.
K. Sockwell adjourned the meeting at 7:05PM.
