A quorum was established with the following members present: Kevin Sockwell, Bonnie Taylor, and Beth Wilson. No members were absent.

Sockwell moved to adopt the minutes from 19 September 2023. Seconded by B. Wilson. No discussion. Motion carried unanimously. 

Sockwell moved to recommend “Temporary Appropriations for Current Expenses and Other Expenditures of the Village of Jeromesville, State of Ohio, During the Fiscal Year Ending December 31, 2024.” Seconded by B. Wilson. No discussion. Motion carried unanimously. 

Sockwell moved to adjourn the meeting. Seconded by B. Taylor. No discussion. Motion carried unanimously.
