Chairperson B. Wilson called the meeting to order at 6:51PM.

A quorum was established with the following members present: Mr. Kevin Sockwell, Mrs. Beth Wilson, and Ms. Bonnie Taylor. No members were absent.

Taylor moved to adopt the minutes from 21 March 2023. Seconded by K. Sockwell. No discussion. Motion carried unanimously. 

Taylor moved to recommend the Village of Jeromesville Water/Wastewater Service Policies and Procedures to Council for adoption. Seconded by K. Sockwell. No discussion. Motion carried unanimously. 

Sockwell moved to adjourn the meeting. Seconded by B. Taylor. No discussion. Motion carried unanimously. 

Chairperson Wilson adjourned the meeting at 7:15PM.
