Chairperson B. Wilson called the meeting to order at 7:16PM.

A quorum was established with the following members present: Kevin Sockwell and Beth Wilson. Bonnie Taylor was absent.

Sockwell moved to adopt the minutes from 20 June 2023. Seconded by B. Wilson. No discussion. Motion carried unanimously. 

Sockwell moved to recommend the draft ordinance provided by Solicitor Gilman to Council. Seconded by B. Wilson. Director Reynolds was asked to adapt the draft to the general Council template, draft a template for issuing the violation for Solicitor Gilman to review, and ask Solicitor Gilman what form(s) of documentation will be needed to issue violations. Motion carried unanimously. 

Sockwell moved to adjourn the meeting. Seconded by B. Wilson. No discussion. Motion carried unanimously.
