A RESOLUTION

A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF JEROMESVILLE AFFIRMING THE SCHEDULE OF WAGES FOR ALL ELECTED AND APPOINTED MUNICIPAL OFFICIALS, OFFICERS, AND EMPLOYEES.

WHEREAS, it is incumbent on the legislative authority to determine the wage schedules and work hours for all municipal officers and employees; and

WHEREAS, it is the duty of the legislative authority to communicate those determinations and affirmations to the general public from time to time: 

Now, therefore, be it Resolved, that the Council of the Village of Jeromesville —

(1) affirms that the monthly salary of the Mayor is six hundred and fifty dollars($650.00);

(2) affirms that the monthly salary of the Fiscal Officer is nine hundred dollars ($900.00);

(3) affirms that the monthly salary of the Village Administrator is three hundred dollars ($300.00); 

(4) affirms that the salary of the Maintenance Supervisor is one thousand six hundred and forty six dollars and sixty seven cents ($1,646.67) paid on the fifteenth (15th) and last day of each month; 

(5) affirms that the salary of the Village Registrar is one thousand five hundred forty one dollars and sixty seven cents ($1,541.67) paid on the fifteenth (15th) and last day of each month;

(6) affirms that the hourly wage of the Student Intern is nine dollars and thirty cents ($9.30) with a maximum of 30 earnable hours per week;

(7) affirms that the rate per meeting of members of the Legislative Authority is forty-five dollars ($45.00) to be paid on the last day of each month or annually at the election of the Councilmember. This includes regular, special and emergency meetings for which members are obligated to attend.
