RESOLUTION 2021-011

 

A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING FUNDS WITHIN THE GENERAL FUND FROM ONE CLASSIFICATION TO ANOTHER

 

WHEREAS, the Director of Budget & Management has found that we do not have sufficient funding in one classification to cover expenditures for the rest of the Fiscal Year;

 

WHEREAS, it is necessary to transfer funds from one budget classification to another within the General Fund of the Village of Jeromesville; and 

 

WHEREAS, this transfer does not require the expenditure of more money than the total amount set out in the budget for that department.

 

Now, therefore, be it RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Jeromesville that—

 

  1. affirms that the Director of Budget & Management shall be permitted to make the following budgetary transfers within the General Fund:
