A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF JEROMESVILLE DIRECTING THE VILLAGE ADMINISTRATOR TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT FOR THE RESURFACING OF SPECIFIED STREETS WITHIN THE VILLAGE OF JEROMESVILLE WITH SARVER PAVING

Adopted in Special Session (5-0) 18 March 2021

WHEREAS, to fulfill the commitment to street resurfacing and in compliance with the 2019-2022 plan; and

WHEREAS, § 32.010 of the Jeromesville Municipal Code provides that “the Legislative Authority shall have the management and control of the finances and property of the municipality, except as otherwise provided”:  

Now, therefore, be it Resolved, That the Council of the Village of Jeromesville hereby —

(1) directs the Village Administrator to enter into the contract with terms of $19,423.04 in resurfacing materials and labor for the main streets in the southeast and southwest quadrants;

(2) directs the Fiscal Officer to pay Sarver Paving from the Streets Contractual Services fund.
