A RESOLUTION

A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF JEROMESVILLE ADOPTING THE 2021 RULES OF COUNCIL

Adopted in Regular Session (5-0) 19 January 2021

WHEREAS, the Legislative Authority is responsible for adopting rules for the orderly conduct of business each year; and

WHEREAS, members of the Legislative Authority have reviewed, revised and amended the rules presented in the addendum ; 

Now, therefore, be it RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Jeromesville that—

(1)the amendment of section 6 a. Standing Commissions has been accepted.

(2)the attached document, titled “2021 Rules of Council” is hereby adopted.
