NOTICE OF MEASURES ADOPTED
18 MARCH 2021

Under the provisions of O.R.C. 731.25, notice is hereby given that the following ordinances, listed here by title and summary, were adopted by the Jeromesville Village Council. Texts in full are available at Village Hall, at www.jeromesville.nationbuilder.com: Laws, Ordinances & Resolutions, and upon written request submitted to the Council Registrar at [email protected] or personal service. Please allow up to 72 hours for Public Record Request fulfillment.

In a special session on 18 March 2021, the following measures were adopted.

ORDINANCE 2021-03: An Ordinance to make permanent appropriations for Current Expenses and other Expenditures of the Village of Jeromesville, State of Ohio, during the fiscal year ending December 31, 2021, as amended.

RESOLUTION 2021-004: A Resolution Directing the Village Administrator to enter into a contract for the resurfacing of specified streets within the Village of Jeromesville with Sarver Paving.
