NOTICE OF MEASURES ADOPTED

Under the provisions of O.R.C. 731.25, notice is hereby given that the following ordinances, listed here by title and summary, were adopted by the Jeromesville Village Council. In a regular session on 15 June 2021, the following measures were adopted.

ORDINANCE 2021-09: An Ordinance approving the budget of the Village of Jeromesville for the year beginning January 1, 2022

RESOLUTION 2021-011: A Resolution transferring funds within the general fund from one classification to another

RESOLUTION 2021-012: A Resolution determining to proceed with the submission to the electors of the question of levying a renewal tax in excess of the ten million limitation (O. Const. Art XII § 2; R.C. 5705.03, .19, .25)
