WAYS & MEANS COMMITTEE

Farrao called the meeting to order at 5:05PM. A quorum was established with the following members present: Mrs. Emily Farrao, Mr. James Bonnell, and Mr. Nicholas Kelley.

Election of the Chair was held by secret ballot. J. Bonnell was elected the Committee Chair. 

Bonnell moved to recommend “An Ordinance Regulating the Placement and Size of Street Address Numbers Within the Village of Jeromesville” for adoption with amendments. Seconded by E. Farrao. No discussion. Motion carried unanimously. 

Bonnell moved to recommend “An Ordinance Regulating the Use of Slow Moving Vehicles Within the Village of Jeromesville” for adoption. Seconded by N. Kelley. No discussion. Motion carried unanimously. 

Bonnell moved to not recommend “An Ordinance Regulating Garbage Collection” for adoption. No discussion. Motion carried unanimously. 

Farrao moved to adjourn the meeting. Seconded by N. Kelley. No discussion. Motion carried unanimously.   

Chairman Bonnell adjourned the meeting at 5:45PM.
