Mayor Spade called the Special Session to order at 6:12PM. A quorum was established with the following members present: Mrs. Emily Farrao, Mr. Kevin Sockwell, Mr. James Bonnell, and Mr. Rodney Summers. Mr. Mike Ritter and Mr. Nicholas Kelley were absent. 

An ordinance establishing the position of Enterprise Clerk was introduced and read by title only. 

Bonnell moved to adjourn the meeting. Seconded by E. Farrao. No discussion. Motion carried unanimously. 

Mayor Spade adjourned the meeting at 6:20PM.
