Mayor Spade called the meeting to order at 6:00PM The following members were present: Mrs. Emily Farrao, Mr. James Bonnell, and Mr. Rodney Summers, and Mr. Nicholas Kelley. Mr. Mike Ritter and Mr. Kevin Sockwell were absent. 

An ordinance amending service rates for utility service was introduced and read by title only.  

A resolution waiving the charges for service for the the municipally-owned utility for the Jeromesville Fire District was read for the second time. Consideration of passage is scheduled for the 4 August 2020 meeting. 

An ordinance establishing the position of Enterprise Clerk was read for the second time. Consideration of passage is scheduled for the 4 August 2020 meeting. 

A resolution affirming that funds from the county coronavirus relief distribution fund will be expended only to cover costs of the Village of Jeromesville, Ohio consistent with the requirements of section 5001 of the CARES ACT as described in U.S.C. 801(D), and any applicable regulations as is necessary pursuant to H.B. 481 before receiving said funds was introduced and read by title only. 

Bonnell moved to adjourn the meeting. Seconded by N.Kelley. No discussion. Motion carried unanimously. 

Mayor Spade adjourned the meeting at 6:20PM.
