REGULAR SESSION

Mayor Spade called the meeting to order at 6:00PM. A quorum was established with the following members present: Mr. James Bonnell, Mrs. Emily Farrao, Mr. Nicholas Kelley, Mr. Cody Gibbons, and Ms. Bonnie Taylor. Mr. Kevin Sockwell was absent. 

J. Bonnell moved to adopt the minutes from 17 August 2021. Seconded by E. Farrao. No discussion. Motion carried unanimously.

J. Bonnell moved to excuse Mr. Kevin Sockwell. Seconded by N. Kelley. No discussion. Motion carried unanimously.

J. Bonnell moved to adopt the minutes from 19 August 2021. Seconded by N. Kelley. No discussion. Motion carried unanimously.

E. Farrao moved to appoint Ms. Bonnie Taylor to the Rules & Administration committee. Seconded by J. Bonnell. No discussion. B. Taylor abstained. Motion carried 4-0-1.

N. Kelley moved to adopt the minutes from 20 July 2021 from the Ways & Means committee. Seconded by J. Bonnell. No discussion. Motion carried unanimously.

J. Bonnell moved to suspend the rule requiring Resolutions to be read on three separate occasions. Seconded by N. Kelley. No discussion. Motion carried unanimously.

J. Bonnell moved to adopt Resolution 2021-014. Seconded by C. Gibbons. No discussion. Motion carried unanimously.

E. Farrao moved to suspend the rule requiring Resolutions to be read on three separate occasions. Seconded by J. Bonnell. No discussion. Motion carried unanimously.

J. Bonnell moved to read Resolution 2021-015 by title only in the interest of time. Seconded by N. Kelley. No discussion. Motion carried unanimously.

N. Kelley moved to adopt Resolution 2021-015. Seconded by J. Bonnell. No discussion. Motion carried unanimously.

E. Farrao moved to set the date and time of Trick-or-Treat for the Village of Jeromesville to Thursday, 28 October 2021 from 6:00PM - 7:00PM rain or shine. Seconded by C. Gibbons. No discussion. Motion carried unanimously.

N. Kelley moved to recommend drafting legislation regulating the maximum height of residential lawns. Seconded by E. Farrao.

E. Farrao moved to adjourn the meeting. Seconded by J. Bonnell. No discussion. Motion carried unanimously.
