REGULAR SESSION

Mayor Spade called the meeting to order at 6:00PM. A quorum was established with the following members present: Mr. James Bonnell, Mrs. Emily Farrao, Mr. Kevin Sockwell, Mr. Nicholas Kelley, Mr. Cody Gibbons, and Ms. Bonnie Taylor.

J. Bonnell moved to adopt the minutes from 16 November 2021. Seconded by E. Farrao. No discussion. Motion carried unanimously.

J. Bonnell moved to adopt the minutes from 16 November 2021 from the Ways and Means Committee. Seconded by C. Gibbons. No discussion. Motion carried unanimously.

K. Sockwell moved to adopt the minutes from 19 October 2021 from the Rules and Administration Committee. Seconded by J. Bonnell. No discussion. Motion carried unanimously.

J. Bonnell moved to adopt Resolution 2021-017. Seconded by E. Farrao. No discussion. Motion carried unanimously.

E. Farrao moved to suspend the rules requiring ordinances to be read on three separate occasions. Seconded by K. Sockwell. No discussion. Motion carried unanimously.

J. Bonnell moved to adopt Ordinance 2021-12. Seconded by K. Sockwell. No discussion. Motion carried unanimously.

J. Bonnell moved to appoint B. Taylor to the vacancy created by the term expiring, effective January 1, 2022. Seconded by E. Farrao. No discussion. 5 aye votes, no nay votes and 1 abstention.

J. Bonnell moved to appoint Dr. Susan Delagrange to the vacancy created by Councilor Kelley’s term expiring, effective January 1, 2022. No discussion. Motion carried unanimously.

J. Bonnell moved to adjourn the meeting. Seconded by K. Sockwell. No discussion. Motion carried unanimously.

Mayor Spade adjourned the meeting at 6:21PM.
