REGULAR SESSION

Mayor Spade called the meeting to order at 6:00PM. A quorum was established with the following members present: Mrs. Emily Farrao, Mr. James Bonnell, Mr. Nicholas Kelley, Mr. Kevin Sockwell, and Mr. Cody Gibbons. 

Mayor Spade received and accepted M. Ritter’s letter of resignation from his Council seat. 

J. Bonnell moved to adopt the minutes from 15 June 2021. Seconded by E. Farrao. No discussion. Motion carried unanimously.

J. Bonnell moved to adopt the renewal addendum for the current contract with Rumpke of Ohio for one (1) calendar year. Seconded by E. Farrao. No discussion. Motion carried unanimously.

E. Farrao moved to adopt the minutes from 15 June 2021 from the Ways & Means Committee. Seconded by J. Bonnell. No discussion. Motion carried unanimously.

J. Bonnell moved to adopt the minutes from 18 May 2021 from the Rules & Administration Committee. Seconded by N. Kelley. No discussion. Motion carried unanimously.

K. Sockwell moved to suspend the rule requiring Ordinances to be read on three separate occasions. Seconded by N. Kelley. No discussion. Motion carried unanimously.

K. Sockwell moved to adopt Ordinance 2021-10. Seconded by N. Kelley. No discussion. Motion carried unanimously.

J. Bonnell moved to suspend the rule requiring Resolutions to be read on three separate occasions. Seconded by K. Sockwell. No discussion. Motion carried unanimously.

K. Sockwell moved to adopt Resolution 2021-013. Seconded by N. Kelley. No discussion. Motion carried unanimously.

J. Bonnell moved to adjourn the meeting. Seconded by K. Sockwell. No discussion. Motion carried unanimously. 

Mayor Spade adjourned the meeting at 6:43PM.
