Mayor Spade called the meeting to order at 7:02PM. A quorum was established with the following members present: Mrs. Emily Farrao, Mr. Kevin Sockwell, Mr. Mike Ritter, Mr. James Bonnell, Mr. Rodney Summers, and Mr. Nicholas Kelley. No members were absent.

Bonnell moved to adopt the minutes from the 21 April, 2020 meeting. Seconded by R. Summers.  No discussion. Motion carried unanimously.

Ritter moved to suspend the rule requiring resolutions to be read on three separate occasions. Seconded by J. Bonnell. No discussion. Motion carried unanimously.

Farrao moved to adopt Claims Ordinance 2020-11. Seconded by K. Sockwell. No discussion. Motion carried unanimously. 

Summers moved to suspend the rule requiring resolutions to be read on three separate occasions. Seconded by N. Kelley. No discussion. Motion carried unanimously.

Ritter moved to adopt Claims Ordinance 2020-12. Seconded by R. Summers. No discussion. Motion carried unanimously.

Sockwell moved to suspend the rule requiring resolutions to be read on three separate occasions. Seconded by J. Bonnell. No discussion. Motion carried unanimously.

Summers moved to adopt Claims Ordinance 2020-13. Seconded by M. Ritter. No discussion. Motion carried unanimously.

Bonnell moved to adopt the Capital Commission Report, 25 February 2020. Seconded by K. Sockwell. No discussion. Motion carried unanimously.

Resolution 2020-07 was read to Council and amendments were suggested to be presented at the 16 June 2020 regular council meeting. 

Bonnell moved to table Ordinance 2020-09 indefinitely. Seconded by R. Summers. No discussion. Motion carried unanimously.

Bonnell moved to adopt Resolution 2020-01. Seconded by K. Sockwell. No discussion. Motion carried unanimously.

Bonnell moved to adopt Resolution 2020-02. Seconded by R. Summers. No discussion. Motion carried unanimously.

Bonnell moved to adopt Resolution 2020-03. Seconded by J. Bonnell. No discussion. Motion carried unanimously.

Ritter moved to adjourn the meeting. Seconded by J. Bonnell. No discussion. Motion carried unanimously.
