COUNCIL JOURNAL
18 NOVEMBER 2020

Mayor Spade called the meeting to order at 6:00PM. A quorum was established with the following members present: Mrs. Emily Farrao, Mr. Kevin Sockwell, Mr. Mike Ritter, Mr. James Bonnell, Mr. Rodney Summers, and Mr. Nicholas Kelley. No members were absent.

Summers moved to adopt the minutes from the 20, October, 2020 meeting. Seconded by K. sockwell.  No discussion. Motion carried unanimously.

Bonnell moved to adopt the November Consent Agenda. Seconded by E. Farrao. No discussion. Motion carried unanimously.

Bonnell moved to adopt Resolution 2020-13. Seconded by M. Ritter. No discussion. Motion carried unanimously.

Summers moved to amend section 5 of Resolution 2020-02 to adjust the Maintenance Supervisor’s wages to $20.00 per hour. Seconded by K. Sockwell. Council members have been increasingly impressed with the work being done and, at a part-time schedule, this rate is still within the current annual appropriation. Motion carried unanimously.

Sockwell moved to adjourn the meeting. Seconded by M. Ritter. No discussion. Motion carried unanimously. 

Mayor Spade adjourned the meeting at 6:40PM.
