REGULAR SESSION

Mayor Spade called the meeting to order at 6:00PM. A quorum was established with the following members present: Mr. James Bonnell, Mrs. Emily Farrao, Mr. Cody Gibbons, and Ms. Bonnie Taylor. Mr. Kevin Sockwell and Mr. Nicholas Kelley were absent.

J. Bonnell moved to excuse K. Sockwell. Seconded by E. Farrao. No discussion. Motion carried unanimously.

J. Bonnell moved to excuse N. Kelley. Seconded by E. Farrao. No discussion. Motion carried unanimously.

E. Farrao moved to adopt the minutes from 19 October 2021. Seconded by J. Bonnell. No discussion. Motion carried unanimously.

J. Bonnel moved to adopt the minutes from 19 October 2021 from the Ways & Means committee. Seconded by E. Farrao. No discussion. Motion carried unanimously.

E. Farrao moved to adopt the minutes from 21 September 2021 from the Rules & Administration committee. Seconded by C. Gibbons. No discussion. Motion carried unanimously.

J. Bonnell moved to adjourn the meeting. Seconded by E. Farrao. No discussion. Motion carried unanimously.

Mayor Spade adjourned the meeting at 6:08PM.
