Mayor Spade called the meeting to order at 7:01PM. A quorum was established with the following members present: Mrs. Emily Farrao, Mr. Kevin Sockwell, Mr. Mike Ritter, Mr. James Bonnell, Mr. Rodney Summers, and Mr. Nicholas Kelley. No members were absent.

Bonnell moved to adopt the minutes from the 19, May, 2020 meeting. Seconded by M. Ritter.  No discussion. Motion carried unanimously.

Ritter moved to suspend the rule requiring ordinances to be read on three separate occasions. Seconded by J. Bonnell. No discussion. Motion carried unanimously.

Ritter moved to adopt Claims Ordinance 2020-14. Seconded by J. Bonnell. No discussion. Motion carried unanimously. \

Bonnell moved to suspend the rule requiring ordinances to be read on three separate occasions. Seconded by K. Sockwell. No discussion. Motion carried unanimously.

Summers moved to adopt Claims Ordinance 2020-15. Seconded by E. Farrao. No discussion. Motion carried unanimously.

Farrao moved to suspend the rule requiring ordinances to be read on three separate occasions. Seconded by R. Summers. No discussion. Motion carried unanimously.

Ritter moved to adopt Claims Ordinance 2020-16. Seconded by R. Summers. No discussion. Motion carried unanimously.

Bonnell moved to suspend the rule requiring ordinances to be read on three separate occasions. Seconded by M. Ritter. No discussion. Motion carried unanimously.

Farrao moved to adopt Claims Ordinance 2020-17. Seconded by J. Bonnell. R. Summers questioned the billing statement from MD Solutions.

Mayor Spade read the products purchased. Motion carried unanimously. 

Mayor Spade appointed R. Summers, J. Bonnell, and K. Sockwell to the Underspeed Vehicle Committee. All members accepted. 

Ritter moved to adopt the 2021 Tax Budget. Seconded by K. Sockwell. No discussion. Motion carried unanimously.

A resolution waiving the charges for service for the the municipally-owned utility for the Jeromesville Fire District was introduced and read by title only.

Sockwell moved to adopt Resolution 2020-05. Seconded by M. Ritter. No discussion. Motion carried unanimously. 

Mayor Spade appointed N. Kelley as the Chair of the Water Policy Review Committee. N. Kelley accepted. 

Ritter moved to adopt Resolution 2020-07. Seconded by J. Bonnell. No discussion. Motion carried unanimously. 

Bonnell moved to accept the tree removal quote. Seconded by E. Farrao. No discussion. Motion carried unanimously. 

Mayor Spade called for recess. Meeting was recessed at 7:52PM. Mayor Spade called the meeting back to order at 8:00PM.

Bonnell moved to excuse M. Ritter for the rest of the meeting. Seconded by R. Summers. No discussion. Motion carried unanimously. 

Meeting was recessed at 8:56PM. Mayor Spade called the meeting back to order at 9:00PM.

Bonnell moved to adjourn the meeting. Seconded by E. Farrao. No discussion. Motion carried unanimously. 

Mayor Spade adjourned the meeting at 9:17PM.
