COUNCIL JOURNAL
15 DECEMBER 2020

Mayor Spade called the meeting to order at 6:00PM. A quorum was established with the following members present: Mrs. Emily Farrao, Mr. Kevin Sockwell, Mr. Mike Ritter, Mr. James Bonnell, Mr. Rodney Summers, and Mr. Nicholas Kelley. No members were absent.

Bonnell moved to adopt the minutes from the 18 November, 2020 meeting. Seconded by E. Farrao.  No discussion. Motion carried unanimously.

Summers moved to adopt the December Consent Agenda. Seconded by M. Ritter. No discussion. Motion carried unanimously.

Bonnell moved to amend Section 2 of Resolution 2020-02 to adjust the monthly salary of the Fiscal Officer from $500 to $800. Seconded by R. Summers. No discussion. Motion carried unanimously.

Sockwell introduced an Ordinance Regulating Garbage Collection for its first reading. It was referred to the Ways & Means Committee for consideration and a Second Reading was scheduled for 19 January, 2021. 

Discussion was had regarding Leaf Pickup, extending the Curb Paint, and Parking Spots along US-89. No action was taken regarding these issues. 

Summers moved to adjourn the meeting. Seconded by K. Sockwell. No discussion. Motion carried unanimously. 

Mayor Spade adjourned the meeting at 7:00PM.
