MEETING MINUTES

Mayor Spade called the meeting to order at 6:00PM. A quorum was not established with the following members present: Mrs. Emily Farrao, Mr. James Bonnell, and Mr. Nicholas Kelley. Mr. Mike Ritter, Mr. Kevin Sockwell, and Mr. Rodney Summers were absent.

J. Bonnell moved to adjourn the meeting to 18 March at 6 o’clock in the evening. Seconded by E. Farrao. No discussion. Motion carried unanimously.

Mayor Spade adjourned the meeting at 7:00PM.
