Mayor Spade called the meeting to order at 6:00PM.

A quorum was established with the following members present: Mrs. Emily Farrao, Mr. James Bonnell, Mr. Kevin Sockwell, Ms. Bonnie Taylor, Dr. Susan Delagrange, and Mrs. Beth Wilson. No members were absent.

Farrao moved to adopt the minutes from 17 October 2023. Seconded by B. Wilson. No discussion. Motion carried unanimously.

Discussion was held on the Maintenance Supervisor retiring soon. The position will be relisted as the Maintenance Supervisor with a full-time salary of $39,520 annually. 

Wilson moved to adopt the minutes from 17 October 2023 from the Ways and Means Committee. Seconded by J. Bonnell. No discussion. Motion carried unanimously.

Farrao moved to adopt the minutes from 19 September 2023 from the Rules and Administration Committee. Seconded by B. Wilson. No discussion. Motion carried unanimously.

Bonnell moved to authorize an amendment to a previously negotiated payment plan. Their payment deadline will be extended to this Friday, November 24, 2023 and their new monthly amount moving forward will be $150.00. Seconded by E. Farrao. No discussion. Motion carried unanimously.

Wilson moved to adjourn the meeting. Seconded by J. Bonnell. No discussion. Motion carried unanimously.
