Mayor Spade called the meeting to order at 6:00PM.

A quorum was established with the following members present: Mrs. Emily Farrao, Mr. James Bonnell, Ms. Bonnie Taylor, and Mrs. Beth Wilson. Mr. Kevin Sockwell and Dr. Susan Delagrange were absent.

Bonnell moved to excuse S. Delagrange. Seconded by E. Farrao. No discussion. Motion carried unanimously. 

Bonnell moved to excuse K. Sockwell. Seconded by E. Farrao. No discussion. Motion carried unanimously.

Katie Kamenik, Vella King, and Jim Barger presented information from the Hillsdale School Board in support of the upcoming levy renewal on the ballot for the special election in May. 

Mayor Spade recessed Council at 6:34PM.

Bonnell moved to adopt the minutes from 21 February 2023. Seconded by B. Wilson. No discussion. Motion carried unanimously. 

Wilson moved to adopt the minutes from 21 February 2023 from the Ways and Means Committee. Seconded by J. Bonnell. No discussion. Motion carried unanimously. 

Wilson moved to adopt the minutes from 20 December 2022 from the Rules and Administration Committee. Seconded by J. Bonnell. No discussion. Motion carried unanimously. 

Bonnell moved to adopt Ordinance 2023-02. Seconded by B. Wilson. No discussion. Motion carried unanimously. 

Bonnell moved to adopt Resolution 2023-003. Seconded by B. Wilson. No discussion. Motion carried unanimously.

A resolution Approving a Then and Now Purchase Order and to Authorize the drawing of a Warrant for the Orders or Contracts Associated with Such Purchase Order for McGhee’s was introduced and read before Council.

A resolution Approving a Then and Now Purchase Order and to Authorize the drawing of a Warrant for the Orders or Contracts Associated with Such Purchase Order for Vasu was introduced and read before Council.
