Mayor Spade called the meeting to order at 6:00PM.

A quorum was established with the following members present: Mrs. Emily Farrao, Mr. James Bonnell, Mr. Kevin Sockwell, Ms. Bonnie Taylor, Dr. Susan Delagrange, and Mrs. Beth Wilson. No members were absent.

Bonnell moved to adopt the minutes from 16 May 2023. Seconded by B. Wilson. No discussion. Motion carried unanimously. 

Council directed the Director of Budget & Management to prepare waste removal bid specifications for the July 2023 meeting. 

Council directed the Director of Budget & Management to collect quotes and purchase a new leaf sucker from the Stormsewer fund resulting from the current leaf sucker to be beyond repair. 

Council has directed the Director of Budget & Management to investigate the state of the older playground equipment after the last inspection and report back with solutions for moving forward. 

Bonnell moved to adopt the minutes from the Ways and Means Committee from 16 May 2023. Seconded by B. Wilson. No discussion. Motion carried unanimously. 

Wilson moved to adopt the minutes from the Rules and Administration Committee from 18 April 2023. Seconded by J. Bonnell. No discussion. Motion carried unanimously. 

Delagrange moved to adopt the Village of Jeromesville Water/Wastewater Service Policies and Procedures. Seconded by J. Bonnell. No discussion. Motion carried unanimously. 

Bonnell moved to adjourn the meeting. Seconded by K. Sockwell. No discussion. Motion carried unanimously.
