Mayor Spade called the meeting to order at 6:01PM.

A quorum was established with the following members present: Mrs. Emily Farrao, Mr. James Bonnell, Ms. Bonnie Taylor, Dr. Susan Delagrange, Mrs. Beth Wilson, and Mr. Jeremiah Cordes.

J. Bonnell moved to adopt the minutes from 16 January 2024. Seconded by B. Wilson. No discussion. Motion carried unanimously. 

B. Wilson moved to adopt an ordinance for keeping backyard chickens. Seconded by S. Delagrange. J. Bonnell discussed wanting to add Ohio Revised Code into the Village’s ordinances. Motion carried unanimously. 

E. Farrao moved to enter an executive session at 6:49PM. Seconded by J. Bonnell. J. Bonnell made a motion to close the executive session at 7:30PM. Seconded by E. Farrao. No action was taken in the executive session.

J. Bonnell moved to adjourn the meeting. Seconded by E. Farrao. No discussion. Motion carried unanimously. 

Mayor Spade adjourned the meeting at 7:30PM.
