Mayor Spade called the meeting to order at 6:00PM.
A quorum was established with the following members present: Mrs. Emily Farrao, Mr. James Bonnell, Dr. Susan Delagrange, Mrs. Beth Wilson, and Mr. Jeremiah Cordes. E. Farrao made a motion to excuse council member B. Taylor. Seconded by J. Bonnell. Motion carried unanimously.
B. Wilson moved to adopt minutes from 20 February 2024. Seconded by J. Bonnell. Motion carried unanimously.
A motion to suspend the third reading of the Legislation was made by council member B. Wilson. Seconded by S. Delagrange. Motion carried unanimously.
J. Bonnell moved to adopt the Appropriation. Seconded by S. Delagrange. Motion carried unanimously.
A motion to adjourn was made by J. Bonnell. Seconded by J. Cordes.
Meeting adjourned at 6:30PM.
