Mayor Spade called the meeting to order at 6:00PM. 

A quorum was established with the following members present: E. Farrao, J. Bonnell, K. Sockwell, and B. Taylor.

J. Bonnell moved to excuse S. Delagrange. Seconded by Farrao. There was no discussion. The motion carried 4-0. The Councilor is excused. 

B. Wilson arrived.

J. Bonnell moved to adopt the minutes from the 1 November Special Session. Seconded by B. Wilson. There was no discussion. The motion carried 5-0. The minutes were adopted. 

J. Bonnell moved to adopt the minutes from the 21 November Regular Session. Seconded by Farrao. There was no discussion. The motion carried 5-0. The minutes were adopted. 

E. Farrao moved to adopt the minutes from the 21 November Ways & Means Committee. Seconded by B. Wilson. There was no discussion. The motion carried 5-0. The minutes were adopted. 

B. Wilson moved to adopt the minutes from the 17 October Rules & Administration Committee. Seconded by B. Taylor. There was no discussion. The motion carried 5-0. The minutes were adopted. 

E. Farrao moved to adopt the Temporary Appropriations as amended. Seconded by K. Sockwell. There was no discussion. The motion carried 5-0. The ordinance was adopted. 

E. Farrao moved to suspend the rule requiring ordinances and resolutions to be read on three separate occasions. Seconded by B. Wilson. There was no discussion. The motion carried 5-0. The rule was suspended. 

E. Farrao to approve the Then & Now Purchase Order (E. Sellers). Seconded by J. Bonnell. There was no discussion. The motion carried 5-0. The Purchase Order was approved. 

J. Bonnell moved to adjourn the meeting. Seconded by K. Sockwell. There was no discussion. The motion carried 5-0.
