Mayor Spade called the meeting to order at 5:57PM.

A quorum was established with the following members present: Mrs. Emily Farrao, Mr. James Bonnell, Ms. Bonnie Taylor, Dr. Susan Delagrange, Mrs. Beth Wilson, and Mr. Jeremiah Cordes.

J. Bonnell made a motion to amend the ordinance of the keeping of roosters and allow seven days to remove rooster(s) after the first offense. Seconded by E. Farrao. It was discussed that a fine would begin on the second offense. Motion carries 5-1. Ordinance amended. 

E. Farrao made a motion for the removal of customer #216140 late fees. Seconded by B. Wilson. No discussion. Motion carries 6-0.

E. Farrao made a motion to remove late fees for customers who received any from January 2024-April 2024 as our billing system was not emailing bills to customers who should have been receiving via email. Seconded by B. Wilson. No discussion. Motion carries 6-0. 

J. Bonnell made a motion to adjourn the meeting. Seconded by B. Wilson. Meeting adjourned at 7:20PM.
