WAYS & MEANS COMMITTEE

Chairperson Bonnell called the meeting to order at 5:00PM. A quorum was established with the following members present: Mr. James Bonnell, Mrs. Emily Farrao and Mr. Nicholas Kelley.

E. Farrao moved to adopt the minutes from 16 November 2021. Seconded by N. Kelley. No discussion. Motion carried unanimously.

Each member of the committee offered amendments to the proposed ordinance regulating the removal of tall weeds or grass, but ultimately decided not to bring it to Council when considering the Rules & Administration committee had voted to not recommend it.

J. Bonnell moved to recommend the resolution establishing the external grant fund and authorizing the deposit of funds into such account. Seconded by N. Kelley. No discussion. Motion carried unanimously.

J. Bonnell moved to adjourn the meeting. Seconded by N. Kelley. No discussion. Motion carried unanimously.
