WAYS & MEANS COMMITTEE
Chairperson Bonnell called the meeting to order at 5:00PM. A quorum was established with the following members present: Mr. James Bonnell, Mrs. Emily Farrao, and Mr. Nicholas Kelley.
N. Kelley moved to adopt the minutes from 21 September. Seconded by E. Farrao. No discussion. Motion carried unanimously.
E. Farrao moved to adjourn the meeting. Seconded by N. Kelley. No discussion. Motion carried unanimously.
J. Bonnell adjourned the meeting at 5:19pm.
