WAYS & MEANS COMMITTEE

Chairperson Bonnell called the meeting to order at 5:00PM. A quorum was established with the following members present: Mr. James Bonnell and Mrs. Emily Farrao. Mr. Nicholas Kelley was absent.

E. Farrao moved to excuse N. Kelley’s absence. Seconded by J. Bonnell. No discussion. Motion carried unanimously.

E. Farrao moved to adopt the minutes from 15 June 2021. Seconded by J. Bonnell. No discussion. Motion carried unanimously.

E. Farrao moved to adjourn the meeting. Seconded by J. Bonnell. No discussion. Motion carried unanimously.

J. Bonnell adjourned the meeting at 5:12pm.
