WAYS & MEANS COMMITTEE

Chairman Bonnell called the meeting to order at 5:01PM. A quorum was established with the following members present: Mr. James Bonnell, Mrs. Emily Farrao, and Mr. Nicholas Kelley. No members were absent.

N. Kelley moved to adopt the minutes from 20 April 2021. Seconded by E. Farrao. No discussion. Motion carried unanimously.

E. Farrao moved to adjourn the meeting. Seconded by N. Kelley. No discussion. Motion carried unanimously.

J. Bonnell adjourned the meeting at 5:10PM.
