WAYS & MEANS COMMITTEE

Councilor J. Bonnell called the meeting to order at 5:01PM. A quorum was established with the following members present: Mr. James Bonnell, Mrs. Emily Farrao, and Mr. Nicholas Kelley. No members were absent.

N. Kelley made a motion to adopt the minutes from 16 February, 2021. Seconded by E. Farrao. No discussion. Motion carried unanimously.

N. Kelley made a motion to recommend the Annual Appropriations Ordinance As Amended for adoption. Seconded by E. Farrao. No discussion. Motion carried unanimously.

E. Farrao made a motion to recommend “An Ordinance Regulating Garbage Collection” for adoption with amendments. Seconded by N. Kelley. No discussion. Motion carried unanimously.

N. Kelley made a motion to recommend “A Resolution directing the Village Administrator to enter contract with Sarver Paving and declaring an emergency” for adoption. Seconded by E. Farrao. No discussion. Motion carried unanimously.

N. Kelley made a motion to adjourn the meeting. Seconded by E. Farrao. No discussion. Motion carried unanimously.

Councilor J. Bonnell adjourned the meeting at 5:33PM.
