RULES & ADMINISTRATION COMMITTEE

M. Ritter called the meeting to order at 7:05PM. A quorum was established with the following members present: Mr. Mike Ritter and Mr. Cody Gibbons. Mr. Kevin Sockwell was absent.

M. Ritter moved to excuse K. Sockwell’s absence. Seconded by C. Gibbons. No discussion. Motion carried unanimously.

Election of the Chair was held by secret ballot. K. Sockwell was elected as the Committee Chair.

M. Ritter moved to adopt the minutes from 20 April 2021. Seconded by C. Gibbons. No discussion. Motion carried unanimously.

M. Ritter moved to adjourn the meeting. Seconded by C. Gibbons. No discussion. Motion carried unanimously.

M. Ritter adjourned the meeting at 7:07PM.
